Here's the GRIB map showing the low pressure system off the east coast with north winds projected for midnight tonight. Four barbs ( shown on each flag) on the Beaufort scale are 40 knot winds as part of the counter-clockwise circulation. North of the equator the systems are counter-clockwise. We'll wait for the low to passby. It'll settle down, or rather is projected to settle, on
