Cold but settled......

........compared to being enroute this weekend. This is the first real cold front to press through our area this year. While it's been cold for one morning then moderating, this one will be a prolonged 3 days. Big winds will accompany this front and as you can see, it stretches all the way from north of our location....the blue dot....southwestward to Mexico. Pressing southward it'll bring cold temps all through FL. We were not ready to leave anyway....although with these kinds of temps, my body is looking forward to the southern lats.

In the meantime, more stuff going on. A couple of new energy monitors to more accurately keep track of solar and wind energy coming in. More on that as I get them installed and be sure they do what they say they are going to do. New cockpit cushions are just about done and.....dingy chaps for MJ or RIB. Bette has been patiently working through the chaps project. These are tube covers that protect the hypalon fabric tubes from  the uv rays of the sun. They require multiple fittings on and off to get the perfect fit. With sewing in the final stages on those....pics will follow shortly.
