Maritime camping

We camped, really camped, in a tent, with bicycles along. Whew. Great. But my back talked to me for a week afterward.

Fundy Nat'l Park campground entry:

Ernie's Wild Blueberry Pan Cake (not pancake) -- Yum!

One of our 3 Campsites.. (Fundy Natl Park, Kouchibouguac Natl Park, Cavendish Beach Natl Park)

Northwest coast of PEI. The soil and rocks are so red in color. The island is mostly used in agriculture with potatoes, soybeans, and mustard are some of the more common plantings.
Crop rotation is in use everywhere. They also have an herb they plant and till in which delivers a
natural insect killer. That is rotated in as well and helps keep the soil free of worms.

Our view from campsite at Cavendish Beach.

PEI lighthouse - one of many many lighthouses.

Cool harbor town of North Rustico, PEI. The bike path we rode goes from Cavendish to this town...

Those rusty trucks always get the best views!!

$300 per year for a dock slip. LOL.
